Portraits at Limetree and The Gallery

Being St. Patrick's Day, I would ordinarily be in my hometown of Savannah, Georgia, where St. Patrick's Day is cause for much celebration. But today, I brought the studio over to Limetree and The Gallery on LaVista Road where -- in conjunction with my show of portraits and fine art -- we had a festive in store portrait session.

The turnout was great! One of my favorite clients even celebrated the green by bringing over her green parrot, appropriately named Jade.

Opening night at the Gallery

Last night, The Gallery hosted an opening party for my exhibit of portraits and fine art photography. We had a great turnout, including some of my most favorite and loyal clients/supporters, people like Laurie Allegra and Cathy Smith. (hi guys!)

Laura Abadie of The Gallery is the best framer in Atlanta, and is also a wonderful artist in her own right. (She showed me one of her "unfinished" oil paintings that looked like it should be on the wall at the Met.) Laura's framing always elevates my photography, so most of the time I drop off my work and just let her run with it!

That's me and my lovely wife Kristin, all bubbly after a few glasses of Prosecco. (Photo by Laura)
